Description It is a general purpose multi-physic FEM environment. OpenFEM is a finite element toolbox designed to be used within a matrix computing environment. It is available for both MATLAB and SCILAB. So far, OpenFEM has been jointly developed by INRIA (in the MACS research team) and the SDTools company, based on the existing software packages MODULEF and SDT (Structural Dynamics Toolbox).
